Thanks one and all who turned out for Member Appreciation Day! Perfect weather and a freshly washed runway for great flying. Lot of fun, friends, flying and a very successful raffle to a great benefit.
Frank asked me to tell everyone how happy and appreciative he is. A perfect day for him as he was able to socialize with all his friends at the field he is so proud of.
Thank you to Dave Kadonoff for organizing the raffle most of which was donated by David Bonner. Thank you to Jerome for hooking up Navarro’s for the delicious tacos and announcing throughout the day and everyone else helping out to make this such a successful day!
Stay tuned, we’ll probably do something like this for our annual Toy Drive on Saturday, December 5.
Oh, and everything is turning green in a hurry!
